This group program will introduce you to some of the key insights and evidence-based strategies that are transforming the lives of my 1:1 coaching clients.

Each week I'll help you explore a different aspect of life with ADHD and we’ll talk about some of the challenges that we commonly experience.

There will be opportunities to share, have your questions answered, participate in group and individual activities, and be coached on topics of your choice.

I’ll keep the group small, between 4-12 people. We will break into smaller groups or pairs for discussion activities so that there’s time and space for everyone to contribute.

Price and Payment Options

12 Week Program for just: $1200

1:1 coaching sessions with Catherine are usually $160 per hour. Here you have the added support and community of the group, and 90 min sessions for only $100 per week.

Payment Options:

  1. Be an early bird and save $240 off the full price by submitting an expression of interest. Pay a $60 deposit then three monthly instalments of $300 each; or

  2. Pay in full and save $240 off the full price

  3. Pay a $150 deposit when you sign up, then three monthly instalments of $350.
