Next Offering Commencing:
To be announced
Are you:
recently diagnosed with ADHD?
wanting to connect with people who ‘get it’?
ready to switch from surviving to thriving?
If you are ready to take the next steps to create a more rewarding and meaningful life with ADHD, then this could be exactly what you’re looking for!
Catherine O’Kane will guide you through a combination of ADHD education, personal development, and life coaching, that will allow you to explore your ADHD experience and your goals for the future, within a supportive group that will understand and appreciate you like only fellow ADHDers can.
You’ll be introduced to key insights and simple strategies that have the potential to forever alter the way you see yourself and live your life.
If you’d like to learn more about the program or if you’d like to apply to join, please book a free Discovery Call with Catherine to secure your place now.

This group program will introduce you to some of the key insights and evidence-based strategies that are transforming the lives of my 1:1 coaching clients.
Each week I'll help you explore a different aspect of life with ADHD and we’ll talk about some of the challenges that we commonly experience.
There will be opportunities to share, have your questions answered, participate in group and individual activities, and be coached on topics of your choice.
I’ll keep the group small, between 4-12 people. We will break into smaller groups or pairs for discussion activities so that there’s time and space for everyone to contribute.

We will start out by getting to know each other and ourselves better.

what we believe about ourselves;
what is important to us; and
who we would like to become.
We will learn:
about ADHD and answer your questions;

In part two we build on our exploration of identity and beliefs and take a deep dive into the thoughts that fuel how we feel about ourselves.
We will explore:
what are emotions and how can they help or hinder us?
how emotions are often at the heart of common difficulties like perfectionism, procrastination, and rejection sensitivity.
We will learn:
why emotional regulation is difficult for people with ADHD;
why we try to avoid feeling our emotions, or might become overwhelmed by them;
how to recognise the warning signs of rising emotion, or emotional shut-down; and
skills and strategies for better emotional self-regulation.

-
It’s time to get practical and talk about how to manage ourselves in the world.
We will explore:
what areas we each struggle with, and why we find those things hard;
how our brains and nervous systems are all unique, and need to be taken into account; and
what we can do to overcome, or work around, our difficulties.
We will learn:
about executive skills
what it means to ‘scaffold’ or ‘support’ our weak executive skills
about strategies that support us to design and implement routines and habits that make life easier
