Understanding Our Coaches’ Qualifications and Fees

At ADHD Partners, we believe transparency about our team’s training and experience helps you make the best decisions for your coaching journey. Each of our coaches is dedicated to professional growth, and their schedule of fees reflect different levels of accredited training and practical expertise:

Working Towards Certification

This coach has completed the ADDCA Basic Course—an internationally recognized ADHD Coaching program—and is currently gaining practical experience. Before they can apply for the ADDCA Associate Certified Coach certificate, they must complete 50 hours of coaching work experience in addition to their rigorous initial training.

ADDCA Associate Certified Coach (AACC)

This coach has attained their ADDCA Associate Certified Coach (AACC) credential, signifying the completion of at least 107.5 hours of specialized ADHD coach training and a minimum of 50 hours of coaching experience. AACC coaches have been mentored by a qualified ICF mentor coach, to meet ACC credentialing requirements.  This certification demonstrates a foundational mastery of ADHD coaching skills, ethical practice and client care.

ADDCA Certified Coach Graduate (ACCG)

Our most experienced tier, these coaches hold the ADDCA Certified Coach Graduate Certification (ACCG). This advanced credential requires a minimum of 219.5 hours of ADDCA-accredited training and at least 500 hours of professional coaching experience. ACCG coaches have been mentored by an ICF mentor coach to meet PCC credentialing requirements. Coaches at this level offer deep expertise and experience to support people seeking to explore more complex challenges.
