Rescheduling of Corporate Training Sessions
| Rescheduling Notice given | Consequence |

| More than 10 business days' notice | No additional fee; deposit transfers to the new date. |
| 5–10 business days' notice | A rescheduling fee of 10% applies. |
| Fewer than 5 business days' notice | A rescheduling fee of 20% applies. |
Cancellation of Corporate Training Sessions
| Notice given | Consequence |
|---|---|
| More than 10 business days before the session | 20% deposit retained; no further amount charged |
| 5–10 business days before the session | 50% of total fee charged (deposit retained + further 30% invoiced) |
| Fewer than 5 business days before the session | 100% of total fee charged (note: 75% will already have been collected under the payment schedule above; the remaining 25% will be invoiced) |
Cancellation of Individual Coaching Sessions
| Notice given | Consequence |
|---|---|
| 2 or more business days' notice | No charge. Session may be cancelled or rescheduled freely. |
| Less than 2 business days' notice | Full session fee charged as a late cancellation fee, unless the session can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time within the next 15 business days. |
