Managing stress and overwhelm (part 1): identifying sources of stress
Strategy Sessions are about “how to,…”. They are likely to include:
- insights into how ADHD might impact us; 
- an opportunity to relate this back to how you personally do, or don’t, experience life with ADHD; 
- an invitation to consider what this means for you and if there’s anything you might like to experiment with or approach differently, as a result. 
These sessions will be pre-recorded. The video will be released at 9am in the morning with a reflective exercise to help you explore the topic.
