I have only had the opportunity to work with Catherine for a short time however found it so helpful to speak to someone genuinely interested in what has been going on with me and helping me understand my brain and how ADHD can impact my life. I’m still in the process of learning more about all of this and would absolutely encourage others to see if it would be helpful for them, especially if there are specific areas they are wanting to focus on.
